Once an order is received, a confirmation will be send with all of the relevant details. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days (pending design ordered) for processing from the date of order confirmation to ship. An email will be sent when an order is ready for shipment or delivery so that you can prepare for its arrival.

Orders placed after 2pm CST will go into production on the next day. Cancellations must be requested by 2pm CST the day the order is placed (or next day if order is placed overnight.) 

Orders of $300 or more are eligible to receive the exclusive volume discount. Discounts are applied to total merchandise (excluding taxes, shipping & handling, customization charges and personalized items, etc.) on a per-order basis. Volume discounts are available with phone and in-store orders only. SPEND $300-$500, SAVE 5% SPEND $501+ SAVE 10%
